- Delivering specialized care, including pain management, restraint use, and abuse assessment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintaining professional accountability, participating in quality improvement, and ensuring compliance with infection control practices.
- Providing age-appropriate, cost-effective, and service-oriented care, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and privacy.
- Licensed RN in the state of Missouri or applicable compact state.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong clinical skills, teamwork, effective communication, and adaptability.
