Role Overview: Provides speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.

- Assessing and documenting patient speech and language data, interventions, and outcomes.
- Monitoring changes in physical and emotional parameters.
- Reviewing and modifying treatment plans to meet patient needs.
- Instructing patients on speech monitoring and skill practice.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with legal and policy requirements.
- Performing additional related duties as assigned.
- Master's Degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- CPR or BLS certification from an approved provider.
- Preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Valid Driver's License, at least 21 years old.
- Facility-specific certifications: AHA-BLS, ARC-BLS, or equivalent, and licensure in OR and WA.
