Role Overview: Provides speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities Include

  • Assessing and documenting patient speech and language data, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Monitoring changes in physical and emotional parameters.
  • Reviewing and modifying treatment plans to meet patient needs.
  • Instructing patients on speech monitoring and skill practice.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with legal and policy requirements.
  • Performing additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • CPR or BLS certification from an approved provider.
  • Preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Valid Driver's License, at least 21 years old.
  • Facility-specific certifications: AHA-BLS, ARC-BLS, or equivalent, and licensure in OR and WA.
