Join a specialized outpatient cardiology team as a Nurse Practitioner in an Advanced Heart Failure Bridge Clinic.

In this role, you will independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with advanced heart failure, developing individualized treatment plans, optimizing medical therapy, and assessing volume status for appropriate interventions. Key Responsibilities Include

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with relevant certification
  • Current licensure or eligibility as an NP
