This role requires a registered nurse with at least one year of RN work experience and appropriate department-specific certifications.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care in various departments such as ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, and Pediatric areas.

Required certifications vary by specialty and include ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider, ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas, and PALS for Pediatric areas (excluding NICU).

Fetal Monitoring certification is necessary for L&D nurses. Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain ACLS, PALS, and Fetal Monitoring certifications. RNs from non-pediatric backgrounds must acquire PALS within 30 days of employment.

Additional requirements include participation in an RN Fellowship Program, which mandates one year of independent practice and certifications in ACLS and BLS.
