Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Float Pool to provide adaptable, high-quality patient care across multiple units, including Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical (Adults & Peds).

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, coordinating care with other departments, and maintaining professional accountability within established practice guidelines and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state
• 1+ year RN experience preferred
• Certifications: BLS required within 30 days; ACLS/PALS may be needed based on assignment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform clinical duties involving standing, walking, bending, and reaching
