Role: The Registered Nurse in the Operating Room collaborates with the Clinical Supervisor to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care across departments, organize and support surgical procedures, manage workflow, ensure room and equipment readiness, provide staff relief, assist with operational tasks, and mentor new team members.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year OR or procedural experience, nursing degree from an accredited school, current RN license, BLS certification; BSN preferred.
