Seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in complex assessment and intervention settings.

- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and data analysis.
- Triaging patients based on age, cultural, and development needs to prioritize care.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans with expected outcomes.
- Providing education and promoting a safe environment.
- Evaluating patient progress and communicating effectively across teams.
- Demonstrating leadership and maintaining current nursing competence.
- Applying evidence-based practices tailored to age-specific and clinical needs.
- Performing all duties safely and efficiently.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- Valid RN license in appropriate states, with specific certifications such as BLS, ALS, ENPC, NRP, PALS, TNCC, or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Effective communication, critical thinking, and alertness.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, moving patients, and standing for long periods.
- Use of vision, hearing, and smell for patient assessment.
