Role: A Flight Nurse providing high-quality critical care during patient transport, including assessment, triage, and treatment in stressful and confined helicopter environments.

Responsibilities: Administer medications, deliver advanced life support, and collaborate with a Flight Paramedic to connect critically ill patients to higher care levels, while maintaining patient confidentiality, dignity, and rights.

Qualifications: Accredited nursing education, current RN licensure (state and compact), three years of ER or Critical Care experience, and required certifications including EMT (Arkansas), CFRN (within two years), and various advanced life support courses. Skills in operating medical monitors and equipment are essential.

Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, previous flight nurse experience.

Physical Requirements: Ability to pass an annual fitness test, lift 50 pounds, endure environmental stressors of flight, and perform various physical activities such as standing, walking, and reaching.
