Role Overview: As a Respiratory Therapist, you will perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, manage ventilation and airways, and support patient care across various settings. You will assess respiratory status, deliver evidence-based therapies, assist with airway management, educate patients and families, and ensure equipment safety.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program, with RRT and BLS certifications. Preferred candidates have a Texas Medical Board - Respiratory Care Practitioner license and at least 2 years of acute care experience.

Key Skills & Duties

• Assess respiratory condition through exams and interpretation of sounds.
• Administer oxygen, medications, and airway clearance therapies.
• Manage artificial airways and invasive/noninvasive ventilation.
• Educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Maintain and operate respiratory equipment, following safety standards.
