Role: Provides direct patient care in acute care (Med-Surg) units, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based, high-quality care, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Support specialty education and training for competency validation.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent, current RN licensure, and BLS certification. Minimum six months of nursing experience required.
Key Duties: Perform nursing assessments, develop and implement care plans, collaborate with healthcare teams, and support continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
