We are seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehab to provide patient care via inbound and outbound phone consultations. Responsibilities include assessing caller needs, patient education, continuous Glucose Monitor management, insurance pre-authorization, referrals, and maintaining exam rooms. The role requires active listening, clinical assessment, problem-solving skills, and attention to acute and preventative care.

- Current Illinois RN licensure
- Current CPR certification (AHA)
- Preferred: Office RN experience and BSN degree
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and prolonged standing, walking, or lifting up to 40 lbs.
