Role Overview

This position involves performing general residential home repairs and aesthetic modifications, including drywall repairs, carpentry, and painting. The role requires working independently or under supervision, applying established procedures to complete tasks, maintaining truck stock and equipment, and assisting with advanced repair applications. Duties include completing work orders, ensuring proper tool and material use, and executing assigned tasks from team leaders and managers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience or combined work and vocational training in carpentry and home repairs.
• Knowledge of tools and materials used in residential repairs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving standards.
