We are seeking a highly qualified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a Level III NICU team, providing advanced, evidence-based care for critically ill and premature newborns in a high-acuity setting.

• Responsibilities: Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, nurses, and respiratory therapists to deliver comprehensive neonatal care, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in rotating coverage including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Neonatal NP program, hold national certification (NNP-BC), active state APRN license, and DEA registration or eligibility. BLS and NRP certifications are preferred. Experience in a level III NICU is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong clinical decision-making, effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
