Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process and professional standards, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. Coordinates care with other departments and functions within the scope of nursing practice aligned with established guidelines and organizational values.

Responsibilities: Performs nursing duties efficiently, maintains accountability, and adheres to ethical and professional conduct. Uses unit-specific equipment and follows safety protocols. Supports the mission and standards of the organization.

Qualifications: Graduate of an approved nursing program, current RN licensure, and BLS certification. Preferably has at least 1 year of acute care nursing experience, including recent practice. Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform various movements required for patient care.

Skills & Requirements: Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to professional standards. Physical stamina for prolonged standing and movement. Ability to operate unit-specific equipment as needed.
