Responsibilities

MedSurg RNs provide bedside care for a diverse patient population, conducting individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans. They prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Key duties include:

• Preparing, administering, and documenting prescribed medications
• Monitoring patients for adverse symptoms and initiating appropriate actions
• Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs as needed
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

Strong clinical skills in MedSurg nursing, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams. Flexibility to work night shifts is preferred.
