Role Overview: This position involves assessing residents' health, educational, and environmental needs, developing and updating personalized care plans through an interdisciplinary approach, and ensuring accurate documentation of assessments and interventions.

- Evaluate and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the interdisciplinary team (IDT).
- Implement and document nursing interventions such as medication administration, treatments, and IV therapy.
- Use critical thinking to respond to residents' changing needs and notify physicians appropriately.
- Monitor care delivery effectiveness, address problems via QAPI processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), answer call lights, and provide compassionate care.
- Registered nurse education from an accredited school and current RN license.
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Critical thinking, excellent communication, organizational, and physical stamina skills.
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely, perform documentation electronically and manually, and maintain visual acuity.
