- Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and communication needs.
- Modifying therapy approaches as necessary based on patient progress.
- Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment.
- Celebrating patient achievements and supporting their communication recovery journey.
- Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
- Completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification (to be obtained within 30 days if not already held).
- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience accepted.
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities.
- Effective documentation and progress tracking skills.
- Compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
