Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides direct rehabilitation care in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on long-term support and short-term rehabilitation for diverse patient populations with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary needs.

- Following individualized treatment plans and establishing functional goals.
- Overseeing and evaluating care provided by PTAs, rehab aides, and students.
- Charting accurately and utilizing therapy software effectively.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintaining patient safety, rights, and confidentiality.
- Participating in community health projects and maintaining professionalism.
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT).
- Current licensure or registration in the applicable state.
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation).
- Preferred one year of experience; new graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions, demonstrate professionalism, and work as part of a team.
