- Provide direct patient care in accordance with personalized care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor patient behaviors, vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement care strategies.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
- Contribute to patient victories and overall well-being.
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as per state requirements.
- CPR certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of experience in inpatient medical-surgical or hospital settings; rehabilitation experience is a plus.
