Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy (BS preferred)
- Current Florida Respiratory Therapist Licensure
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
- Current BLS certification; PALS certification within 120 days; NRP if in NICU
- Minimum five years’ clinical experience and 2000 hours caring for neonatal patients (Level II/III)
- Experience in complex neonatal care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
