Summary

This role involves independently providing comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and advocacy for patients and their support systems. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) collaborates with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered care plans across various settings, respecting patient self-determination and reducing care barriers.

Qualifications Include

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited or candidacy program.
• Licensure as an Oregon or Washington Clinical Social Worker or equivalent in care delivery states.
• At least 2 years of relevant social work experience.

This full-time, on-site position offers a pay range of $41.63 - $64.63 per hour, with potential additional compensation for shift differentials, bonuses, or overtime.
