Role: Critical Care Nurse
Responsibilities: Provide and coordinate patient care in critical settings, including assessments, developing individualized care plans, medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, respiratory and ventilator management, documentation, patient education, and discharge planning. Act as the primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless patient care and communicate patient conditions effectively using electronic systems.
Qualifications: Valid RN licensure, BLS certification, ACLS certification within six months, preferred bachelor's degree, and 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ICU. Specialty certification and ICU experience are advantageous.
Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and clinical assessment abilities, with proficiency in patient monitoring and documentation.
Key Duties: Administer medications, manage respiratory care, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor patient conditions, and support discharge planning.
