- Conducting assessments and delivering tailored outpatient therapy for diverse clients.
- Developing crisis, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to promote stability.
- Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care.
- Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately and promptly.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff for holistic care.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
- Provisional license if required by state regulation.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to professional growth through supervision and continuing education.
- Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and ability to build rapport.
