We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to administer standard physical therapy treatments for disabilities, injuries, and diseases, aiming to relieve pain, restore motor function, and maintain patient performance. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and coordinating care with healthcare team members. Supervising PT Assistants and aides, instructing patients and staff on proper techniques, and participating in meetings and quality improvement activities are key responsibilities. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy or a related field, possess a valid California license, current BLS certification, and a valid driver's license if travel is required. Strong organizational, communication, and diagnostic skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and effectively relate with patients and staff. The position requires physical activity, including lifting up to 25 pounds, and adherence to confidentiality and safety standards.
