Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• Preferred CPR certification.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
