- Current, unrestricted LPN license in the practice state
- CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to serve diverse patient populations regardless of background
- Flexibility in working hours to meet patient needs
- Strong multitasking, independence, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and writing abilities
