Responsibilities include: providing 1:1 physical therapy services to older adults in community settings, focusing on functional outcomes and promoting an autonomous, clinically-excellent approach.

Qualifications: valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and CPR certification.
