Role: Provides computed tomography (CT) imaging aligned with practice standards and organizational values.

- Reviews patient history, schedules procedures, and educates patients on exams to ensure understanding and cooperation.
- Prepares and administers contrast media and medications within scope, monitoring patient condition and responding to changes.
- Prepares equipment, selects appropriate imaging parameters, ensures safety, performs quality control, and troubleshoots equipment issues.
- Analyzes imaging results, addresses quality issues, and reports scan outcomes, including potential 3-D post-processing.
- Works independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking and decisive judgment.
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered or registry-eligible as an RT with ARRT in CT, with certification completed within 12 months.
- Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
