- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
- Practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care (or 1 year plus additional relevant experience).
- Licensed to practice in Washington.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, clinical proficiency, and a passion for primary care.
