Role Overview: This full-time position involves managing a diverse patient panel in outpatient primary care, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits, both in-office and via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and treatments, utilizing clinical training for procedures.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams through daily huddles and clinical rounds.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care (or 1 year plus additional relevant experience).
• Licensed to practice in Washington.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, clinical proficiency, and a passion for primary care.
