Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team, assisting with daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to support recovery and celebrate patient progress. Utilize your specialized skills to deliver compassionate, personalized care aligned with rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and coordination.
• Deliver direct patient care, assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Promote a positive environment by recognizing patient victories.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure or certification per state requirements.
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy experience, including two years in clinical or leadership roles.
• Experience with Therapy Clinical Ladder or professional certifications preferred.
