Position: RN House Operations Administrator

Role Overview: A registered nurse with extensive clinical experience will provide expert guidance, leadership, and mentorship to nursing staff. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to assess and improve patient care protocols, conducting educational sessions, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The RN will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, assist in audits, and advocate for high-quality patient care. Staying current with the latest research and implementing evidence-based practices are essential. Accurate record-keeping and data analysis support tracking progress and outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in inpatient medical/surgical or critical care
• Current Illinois RN license and BLS/ACLS certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to mentor staff and drive quality improvement initiatives
