Position: RN House Operations Administrator
Role Overview: A registered nurse with extensive clinical experience will provide expert guidance, leadership, and mentorship to nursing staff. Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in inpatient medical/surgical or critical care
- Current Illinois RN license and BLS/ACLS certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to mentor staff and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical expertise and support to nursing staff
- Lead educational and training sessions
- Participate in quality improvement and compliance efforts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and standards
- Address patient and family concerns, advocating for quality care
- Maintain documentation and generate reports on initiatives and outcomes
