Role Overview

This position involves performing radiology procedures, including body mechanics and patient movement, utilizing anatomy and physiology knowledge. Responsibilities include operating diagnostic equipment, developing films, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with Medical Assistant duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate effectively with patients
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, history, and pertinent information
• Assist with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervision
• Ensure quality control and proper equipment functioning
• Follow safety protocols, including radiation protection
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits
• Keep current with diagnostic imaging skills and licensure requirements
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification
• AR State X-Ray License
• ARRT Certification preferred
• Medical Assistant experience is a plus
