Role Overview
Perform diagnostic x-ray procedures, including body mechanics and patient movement, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Operate imaging equipment, develop films, and prepare exam rooms with necessary supplies. Assist with Medical Assistant duties to support patient care.

Perform diagnostic x-ray procedures, including body mechanics and patient movement, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Operate imaging equipment, develop films, and prepare exam rooms with necessary supplies. Assist with Medical Assistant duties to support patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and communicate wait times effectively.
- Provide solutions to patient concerns and recognize emergent situations.
- Coordinate patient check-in/out and document vital signs, medical history, medications, and allergies.
- Assist with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervision.
- Perform radiology procedures promptly, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Maintain equipment functionality and report malfunctions.
- Follow clinical and regulatory safety protocols, including radiation protection.
- Maintain and improve radiologic skills through ongoing education.
- Ensure licensure and certifications are current.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- BLS Certification.
- AR State X-Ray License.
- ARRT Certification preferred.
- Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
