Role: Full-time Flex Houseparents responsible for providing care, guidance, and supervision in on-campus student homes for approximately 8–13 students.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and mentoring students daily
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and supporting student wellness
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational events
• Leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing household budgeting and reporting
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Married couples (legally married for at least two years), both aged 27 or older
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to certify to drive student vans
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Integrity, professionalism, and role-model qualities
• Comfort leading devotions and attending Judeo-Christian services (proselytizing prohibited)
• Commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with limited pet restrictions
