Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy services and client education in home settings.
- Complete documentation on services, observations, and client progress within designated timeframes.
- Report changes or concerns promptly to supervisors and participate in interdisciplinary team activities.
- Attend client care conferences, staff meetings, and continuing education programs.
- Promote safety, infection control, and confidentiality in all job aspects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulations.
- Identify personal learning needs and participate in professional development.
- Current license, registration, or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant or eligible to take the exam.
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Minimum six months of PTA experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and insurance.
