We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered, 1:1 home health care in Fredericksburg, VA, covering the surrounding areas. This role involves administering medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care according to the client's plan of care, while maintaining dignity and independence. The LPN will accurately document nursing actions, communicate with families, case managers, and physicians, and coordinate supplies and treatments to meet patient needs. Qualifications include an LPN/LPT/LVN degree, current license, valid driver's license, and CPR certification. Preferred candidates have 1+ years of nursing experience, especially in home health care.
