We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel role responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing patient care plans in an acute care setting.
Key duties include supervising PTAs and support staff, billing within facility guidelines, complying with state regulations, collaborating with medical personnel, understanding adaptive equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation using hospital systems.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience, with a strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Must hold BLS and state-specific licensure. PTs should be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop comfortably.
Additional certifications may be required. The role involves working 8-hour days, 40 hours per week, in a travel capacity, with pay based on shifts and a potential tax-free stipend.
