Responsibilities Include

  • Conducting individual and group therapy sessions
  • Assessing, diagnosing, and treating emotional and behavioral health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans
  • Collaborating with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation using user-friendly EMR systems
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment accordingly

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted LMFT license in the state of practice
  • Effective communication skills and basic tech proficiency
  • Ability to provide in-person care within a 45-minute radius
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and regulatory compliance skills
