Responsibilities Include

- Conducting individual and group therapy sessions
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating emotional and behavioral health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline
- Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborating with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation using user-friendly EMR systems
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment accordingly
- Active, unrestricted LMFT license in the state of practice
- Effective communication skills and basic tech proficiency
- Ability to provide in-person care within a 45-minute radius
- Strong organizational, documentation, and regulatory compliance skills
