Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to supervise nursing staff, oversee patient care, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising medication distribution, conducting nursing rounds, providing staff and resident education, and maintaining adherence to local, state, and federal guidelines.

Additional duties are assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of staff management experience
• Current CPR Certification
• Valid RN license with no disciplinary actions
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations related to long-term care
