Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Educator

Location: Farmington, NM

Role Overview: Provide patient education, support clinical staff, and ensure adherence to healthcare standards. Deliver training to nursing staff, facilitate learning, and promote best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Educate and mentor nursing staff on protocols, procedures, and policies.
• Assist in onboarding and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment.
