We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in home settings, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities include conducting visits, coordinating care, consulting with physicians, collecting OASIS data (for Home Health), ensuring medication accuracy, and attending required meetings. The RN is the primary contact for multidisciplinary care and must adhere to agency, state, and federal policies.

Qualifications And Skills

• Current RN license in Idaho
• Knowledge of nursing practices and patient care
• CPR certification
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn industry-specific software
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Preferred: minimum one year of clinical experience
