Role: The Occupational Therapist PRN evaluates, develops, and implements individualized therapy plans to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life following illness or injury. Working collaboratively with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, they deliver evidence-based, compassionate interventions, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as needed. They educate patients and families, ensure thorough documentation, and lead by example, guiding therapy assistants or students.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 7 days of employment, and be licensed as an OT. No prior experience is required.
