Position Summary

We are seeking an Ultrasound Tech (CV) to perform various Echocardiography tests, including transthoracic and stress echocardiograms, in both laboratory and bedside settings. The role involves capturing high-quality cardiac images, recognizing pathology, and customizing exams as needed. The technician assists physicians in delivering safe, age-appropriate patient care, responds to urgent calls, and participates in quality improvement activities. Responsibilities include equipment preparation, daily quality control, and training new staff.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma and graduation from an accredited cardiac ultrasound program
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS, RDCS, or RCCS) by CCI or ARDMS
• Current BLS certification
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, multitasking, and computer skills
• Experience with various echocardiography machines preferred
