- Key Responsibilities: Assess patients, develop treatment plans, educate patients and caregivers, perform therapy procedures, document progress, and communicate with healthcare team.
- Team Support: Lead or supervise therapy assistants and aides, participate in departmental meetings, and assist with department operations.
- Professional Development: Complete required training, maintain licensure and certifications, and serve as a clinical instructor when needed.
