Role: Field Service Engineer - Medical Imaging
Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites nationwide, primarily in the Northwest region. Build strong customer relationships, deliver excellent service, and contribute to service revenue growth.
Key Duties: Diagnose electronic, mechanical, and network issues; perform preventative maintenance, installations, and repairs; complete administrative tasks adhering to regulations; collaborate with regional teams to improve processes and expand skills; travel extensively (up to 90%), including overnight and nationwide travel.
Qualifications & Skills: 1+ years of diagnostic imaging service experience or 3+ years in electromechanical service; knowledge of X-Ray, Cath Labs, or Image-Guided therapy equipment preferred. Strong technical aptitude in electronics, mechanics, and networking. Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience. Ability to meet physical and environmental demands of fieldwork, including working in healthcare settings and remote locations.
