We are seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehabilitation care.

Key responsibilities include: conducting evaluations, developing personalized evidence-based treatment plans, educating patients, and managing documentation within an EMR system.

Qualifications: graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PT program, current or pending state licensure, BLS certification, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a full caseload.
