Responsibilities: Implement ABA techniques under BCBA supervision, follow individualized treatment plans, teach social, communication, and behavioral skills, foster positive therapeutic relationships, conduct assessments, collect data, track progress, collaborate with team members, communicate with families, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in professional development.
