- Engage with neonatology and nursing leadership to support product adoption and growth.

- Coordinate with Medical, R&D, and Brand Marketing teams to align strategies and maximize impact.
- Drive long-term revenue growth and expand market share within hospital settings.
- Proven experience in clinical or hospital sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interpret and leverage clinical data effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
