Role: The Technical Support Medical Simulation Operator provides expert support for high-fidelity patient simulators and advanced learning technologies to enhance medical training and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities: Operate and maintain simulation equipment, develop and analyze training scenarios, support digital video recording, and assist in program validation. Prepare training environments, conduct orientation, and troubleshoot simulation tools. Collaborate with program teams to identify operational needs, develop metrics, and ensure training outcomes meet objectives. Support research activities and assist in curriculum development and expansion planning. Provide training on equipment use and safety, and participate in operational exercises.

Qualifications & Skills: Current Paramedic (NRP) and BLS-HCP certifications, minimum five years' clinical experience, and two years' experience with human patient simulators (Laerdal, Gaumard, CAE). Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills. Knowledge of military trauma procedures, clinical guidelines, and simulation programming. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with simulation equipment. Experience in course development and education methodologies is preferred.

Key Duties: Operate simulators, develop scenarios, analyze performance data, support simulation research, and assist with program validation and expansion. Ensure safety, maintain equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.
