Position Overview: Provides anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist for various surgical and diagnostic procedures, including cardio-thoracic surgeries and catheterizations. Participates in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.

Responsibilities: Manage anesthesia delivery across diverse clinical settings, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program; certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the Alabama Board of Nursing; current certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.

Key Duties: Manage over 50,000 cases annually in a leading academic medical center, work across multiple specialties, and contribute to clinical education of anesthesia students.
